We have our training plan and program with experienced Trainers available to the new
Apprentice.
We can offer long-term progression due to our continued growth.
Another huge benefit is that the new Apprentice will have the opportunity to be trained in a
variety of induction and advanced training modules through our Nucom+ Training Program.
We can be flexible concerning where you are based in Bristol, Bridgwater, or Taunton.
You will be put through your Nucom+ Interactive and face-to-face training sequence whilst working
as an apprentice under responsibility to our Engineering Manager on Case studies and ongoing Nuclear
ventilation projects.
The apprentice will also benefit from competencies follow-up according to the skills matrix plan.
Basic starting salaries are between £20K to £23K with the prospect of earning up to £50K at the end of
the apprenticeship for permanent hiring.
